The Importance of Hiring Deaf

Ily the I Love You ASL sign teaches you why hiring Deaf in the workplace is important. As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult), this issue is of great importance of me. Deaf are capable of doing the same work as hearing people. But as is the case for many other disabilities, the cultural barriers stop them in their tracks.
The choice of neutral colors was intentional to really make Ily's colors contrast. Also, it shows that Ily, and by extension Deaf, can bring more light to a workplace.
